- Advance Payment: We require a 50% advance payment before starting on your custom art piece. This secures your order and allows us to begin the creative process.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the artwork, before it is shipped to you. We will notify you once the piece is ready and provide you with the final invoice.
- Custom Work: Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each piece is uniquely crafted to your specifications, and once the creative process has begun, we cannot make alterations or accept cancellations.
- Art Maintenance: To preserve the beauty and longevity of your art, we recommend keeping it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. For wooden paintings, avoid using harsh chemicals; instead, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. For sketches, consider framing with UV-protective glass to prevent fading.
